Christine suggested that we have a home inspection, pest report and fireplace inspection done before putting the house on the market. This we would know what we are selling and there will be no last minute surprises. While we had to pay for these reports they proved to be well worth the expenditure. The home inspection revealed a broken drainage pipe under the house. We had no idea this existed and would have been a deterrent to a sale had it not been discovered and repaired.
Christine did an excellent job of marketing for our house. She had a professional photographer take picture of the house to use in a variety of advertisements. She sent out E-mails, postcards and had a beautiful advertisement in the local paper at no cost to us.
All this work has had results. We had a very satisfactory offer within 10 days. Chris continues to be very supportive. We are in contact every few days. She continues to carefully describes the process and to be positive and supportive.
